This is a basic rapid pulser.It is easy to make but works. How you make it is you put a switch (Any). Then you place one redstone wire. Then you put a block. On that block, put a redstone torch. TURN THE SWITCH ON BEFORE THIS STEP!!! Place a repeater. Put the repeater on max delay or it will burn out. Now put wire from the repeater to the block.
