Ok you will need to download skin edit alpha 7 pre 3
editing a skin
1.download the image then open MCskinedit.jar (even on a mac)
2.do file then press load then choose the image some images won't work
3.then go to the bottom and choose your colour and have fun
making a skin
do the same thing but from scratch.
