Hello There! Its me Chesyne and today i will show you how to make colored text! (with bold text) 
First you are going to do this:/tellraw PLAYERNAME {"text":"YOURTEXTGOESHERE","color":"blue"} (the color can be changed into Black,Green,Aqua And many more! you can also make it bold by typing bold instead of the colors! You can also use this in command blocks as well
