Hello, this is how to start a good faction.

Before, you invite any one you should start you're factions base. Make sure its far from spawn, well protected or hidden i.e: Under the ground in a ocean or sorounded by cobble stone walls. So then it wont only be the noobs that want to join you... after that you get a couple recruits it would be goood that you start getting allies.Try getting the stronger factions as your allies. Raiding other factions can get you more powerfull very quickly. You should after start getting more and more recruits but make sure they are worth it some players have a tendencie to invite any one that asks. A good way to keep you're faction well working is by establashing rules... Make sure you pick good faction mods. Last tip if its you're first time making a faction you should test it on a new server the factions there are less powerfull, so its easier to become the most successfull faction.
