Any Exp Judging: Well, I know an Awesome skin when I see one
Skins will be rated 1->50, 10 Points for each Category (Excluding the last). Then an average will be taken from the 3 skins score to make it />50. You will be given your individual scores but then average mark is the one that counts.
Catagorys:
Base (Base Colours and Layout): The base is what makes a skin a skin, it is essential to each and every skin. The skin decides the theme of the skin, and it's one of the main things that defines a skinner.
Shading (Colour Shades and Extra Layout Features): Shading enhances a skin to an extraordinary level. There are many different styles of shading, each with it's own difficulty and effect. See some skinning Tutorials for detailed descriptions of Shading Types.
Style (Character and Art Styles): For this competition the Theme has been chosen as Manga/ Anime. This will be judged on how well the skinner has executed the given style.
Detail (Conversion! Picture to Skin!): This is based on how well the skinner has matched the details of the Character.
Public Vote (This Catagory will have no limit): This is based on the skins stats. (Will be Judged on 11th, before results are given). View: 0.1. Download: 0.2. Diamond: 1.2. Favorite: 1.8. This will be rounded UP to the nearest Whole Number.
