You should try McSkin3D or McSkinEdit. :3 I use McSkin3D and it works great~ ^_^ McSkinEdit would be a second if you use a Mac. I haven't tried that yet, though. xD Try looking at tutorials for how to use the programs, and on how to shade better~ :3
