Hi, I had a great idea for a mod and i would like to see if people want this or not?

I was in school today and thinking about Max Payne 3, and whenever it would get to my doorstep. I started thinking of the content and how good it would be and I thought...

BULLET TIME WOULD BE EPIC IN MINECRAFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you would need a lot of coders
it would take hours to update

In all fairness it isnt that hard to do what evan (Coined_Panther)is on about is not that hard its when f is pressed the game basically slows down and you keep moving im a rookie coder but this wouldnt take me very long
