Im Going To Help You Guys On How To Install Modloader!!!
Windows
1. Open up start menu then click "Search programs and files" Bar.
2. Type %appdata% then click "Roaming" Folder.
3. Click on the ".minecraft" folder.
4. Open "bin" folder.
5. Open up your minecraft.jafile with WinRAR or 7zip.
6. Drag and drop any necessary files into the .jar.
7. Delete META-INF folder.
8. Play Minecraft and enjoy!
Macintosh
1. Go to Applications then Utilities.
2. Open terminal.
3. Type the following:
cd ~
rm META-INF/MOJANG_C.*
Windows

mkdir mctmp
cd mctmp
jar xf ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar
4. Outside of the terminal folder, copy all of the files and folders into the mctmp directory.
5. Back inside terminal type the following:
rm META-INF/MOJANG_C.*
jar uf ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar ./
cd ..
rm -rf mctmp
6. Run Minecraft and enjoy!.
