Is herobrine real? That's the big question in minecraft. Herobrine is just a made up character. A lot of people just make skins of herobrine and take screenshots to fool everyone. I think he's just some dude who pops up in your game to freak you out. Do you think he hides under your bed? Anyway, don't be scared! HEROBRINE JUST WANTS A HUG!!!!!!!!!!!! Many of you say he is real. Many of you say he's not real. He isn't real. But he was real. If you look in the updates it says at the bottom of some: -Removed Herobrine. There is also a mod where he is real. Herobrine was Notch's brother but.......... he fell of the grand canyon.... so Notch put him in the game as a ghost and made him mean because he was mean to Notch sometimes. Just telling you what I know. :P I researched it and asked many of my friends and then researched it again. What I found is he's real. Please leave me alone I'm just telling you what I know. D: I'm an innocent girl XD but seriously leave me alone.

listen bro, herobrine does not exist, their is nothing that can be accepted as valid proof for him, only against him, he is absolutely, definetly 100% fake, as jackie said, just a fun story

Herobrine is a made up idea, but Notch added a hidden bonus file in one of the updates a while ago (1.6 perhaps?) which contained herobrine. I was only able to spawn him through SPC so i'm not too sure if he could appear naturally but he definitely was added as a joke.

Hes not real. He would be in the mobs file in minecraft.jar, but 2 year olds are still gonna say "OH HE IZ REALZ"
