It's 1.4.2?

Hewwo peoples who are reading this. I'm pretty sure 90% of us saw that the update was "1.4.2" 1.4.1 was apperently NEVER released. Anyone know why? It's pretty obvious that most of us expected "1.4" or "1.4.1" so me is confuzzled. Somebody tell the poor, confused child (me) why. Wants to know why badly. Really really badly.

1.4 was patched over for some glitches before it was released. Apparently those glitches involved critical errors or duping. (not sure which)

1.4.1 fixed bugs that the 1.4 pre-release had (ex. Animal suffocation). Then, a group of servers noticed a SEVERE memory leak in 1.4.1 servers, so Mojang released 1.4.2.
