Today we will talk about: Lazy Admins or Server Owners
Recently I've noticed that Admins and Server Owners, if not destroying builds and being immature, are just lazy. I remember one incident where I had told an admin:

Me: "Hey ___, somebody destroyed a part of my house. Are you able to come and fix it?"
Admin: "Post it on the website and one of us will get to it eventually..."
Me: "..."

This happens more often then it should. How hard can it be to fix something? It doesnt have to be at that EXACT moment. Could you at least say, "Just let me finish working on this I'll get to you in a second." While this might still be somewhat bad, its better than completely stalling it. Now lets talk about server owners.
Often server owners will post little quizzes on their website to recruit staff. This is NOT a good idea. Often many people will act great and nice just to destroy the server when they are given op. Only give staff to:

a) People you know OR
b) Somebody you completely trust and have no doubt they would do anything bad.
(A is usually always reliable, but B has about a 50% chance of failing D:)

How to be a good Admin or Server Owner
1) Fulfill any needs your players have
2) Only pick out staff you trust.
