hello! unless you didn't read the title, im looking for a new server

these are the things im looking for:

non PvP

possibly more than 1 world (survival, creative)

no griefing, no admins that troll

can any one find a server with these things in it? dose any one own a server like this? please help! i have found a server like this but its rarely up. it looks easy to find but it isn't... well for me :/
