When I see people using skins that are overused and a little overlypopular for some reason, I can't help but feel bad for the original user of these skins that people just repost again and again for more likes and diamonds. I don't get too mad at the people wearing things like the dreaded "emo teenager" skins though because they're probably 10 year olds who will grow out of it someday. I'm not here to repost ANOTHER blog about the skins I hate, because there's probably at least 1000 of those.

I'm going to first talk about my skin and what it means to me. Then I will talk about how to make yours represent YOU.

MY SKIN:
I'm to list off the reasons why I included all the things in my skin that I did.

Headphones: I know what you may be thinking, aren't headphones a little overused? Sure, but that's not gonna stop me from using them. However, the headphones for me represents my love for gaming, and the backwards slant on the headband part represents the way I wear my headphones, and also, my weirdness :)

Bowtie: This represents the part of me who's still a kid and tries to stay that way. Other teens swear all the time, but I almost never do that because it doesn't make you sound cool, it makes you sound angry and stupid. lol

Cat Ears and Tail: I've loved cats since I was basically born. Is there much more to be said?

Respirator: This is the thing covering my face. It stands for how I usually stay quiet, but that I'm not shy. I just don't like to talk much, because it's sort of painful to me.

Different Colored Eyes: This stands for how quickly in the past year my view of the world has changed. Some everyday activites make everyone else happy, don't excite me too much. I kinda appreciate video games for all the exciting things that happen in them without consequence. You can always just start over.

Orange Hair Dye: This stands for how I tried hair dye a few years ago, and while I didn't like it too much, a little bit of it always seemed to stick.

Emo Haircut: I am a bit of an "Emo" in real life, so despite how overused this is, it actually is something that belongs in my minecraft skin ;)

Creeper Tang Top: I love minecraft. Is there really much more to say?

Green Hearts in the Back of the Tang Top: All the middle schoolers who are dating make me sick to the stomach. lol

Gloves: These represent that I don't like to touch anything my brother gives me. The first question I want to ask him is "What did you do to it?"

Bright Green/Black Color Scheme: This stand for how I'm not afraid to stand out, but I'm also not going to talk about useless things to people and if they try to make me talk about useless things I'll go find a corner and try to blend in.

The Pink on the Headphones/Bowtie: This represents my lovelife, how I don't go liking every person I meet. If I like them, it takes me years to move on. Yes, I'm quite loyal.

The Blue on the Headphones/Bowtie: This represents my friends, and how sad I am that whenever I make a good friend they within 2 years always either move away or become full time a$$holes. (Yes, they got so bad I used a bad word. Ooops.)

The Yellow on the Headphones/Bowtie: This represents my hope that my social life will get better in High School.

The Underskin: Me and my friend both did this we both think it's pretty funny. Take off the arms, torso and legs in settings and you can see it. This represents that despite not liking people talking about useless things, I still on the inside think a lot of the world is funny. It also represents the secrets I keep.

That's all for my skin. Selfish me. Now let me ramble on about what you can do with YOUR skin.

Don't be a Youtuber, it's overused and people don't think your cool for doing it. What does that represent? You like Minecraft, Youtube, and a Youtuber. Who doesn't? Make your own skin.

Don't be an overused mob redo. Again, your gonna get hate for it. However, if you can do an original do-over, and you can make it mean more than "I like minecraft and tuxedos" I really do like some of the mob redos. Just do something that you think in a 100 person server no one else is gonna be like you.

Don't download "emo awesome creeper hoodie boy" like the 10s of Thousands of people who think they are cool. Please. You'll get hate. Anything that gets reposted a million times I don't recommend using. Don't just change colors either.

Just because you're limited to pixels doesn't mean you are limited to designs. Be your favorite indie character, or like I did, be the minecraft you. (And I'm sorry, but boys, only about 0.2 percent of you actually have emo haircuts so emo creeper hoodie probably has more downloads than emos in ther world) I don't mind bad shading to be quite honest. You can always change it later.

In the end, it's the thought that counts :)

Sooooo... diamond if you think my post was worth reading. Comment about what you think about my post, if you are going to make any changes to your skin, what your skin means to you, or if you agree with my thoughts on overused skins. I really appreciate hearing it. ;)
