Not to be picky, but there is a typo, 'thtough'. Aside from that, nice rant.

I like this blog, it is so true, I make bad skins but I try, and I mean, REALY BAD, but the only way to get better is if you actualy try and spend more time each time you make a skin :D

So don't skin unless you realy want to do it, don't be lazy, unless you make the skin just for you, don't be lazy with it :l
