Build a town, grow a home, decorating buildings ... The player is free to do wonderful things, but materially, what's the point ?
Suppose you beggin to create a village, houses with furnitures, and from that time, some housing search NPC just offer to rent your properties ! Welcome to a SimcityCraft, add transportation fee between villages, and it becomes a SimCity-Transport-Tycoon-Craft, or Management Craft !
- House rent ? -
You are free to build a home antiquated without walls, but if your tenant is attacked in his home, you must pay him damages. If your tenant dies, you have to pay a large sum to the family of the deceased. A tenant is considered in his home, when he enters the house. You will be well advised to ensure the safety of your tenants.
Rent may depends on several factors: the size of dwelling, number of windows, number of furniture, neighborhood quality, depending on the ability of developers.
- Furniture ? -
Imagine a compatibility with the Littleblock mod :
But how to set a luxury chair, a correct wardrobe, an uncomfortable bed ? Simply crafting an invisible block that we can put on a surface, the surface becoming the chosen furniture, with the chosen quality (quality furniture is more expensive, but increase the rent).
This mod can start on a simple basis, and have very large capacity improvements.

-Tenants could claim-electricity (Industrialcraft), water (Industrialcraft's pipes) for rent increase.
-Tenants could claim television, shower, vibrating bed, electric oven, etc. for rent increase...
-Build a school, a market (Forestry could provide regular food and wood), parcs (with trees, flowers, fountains, benchs), playgrounds (Smallblocks can help to do games for childrens), to increase the attractiveness of the city.
-For a building, you will need to build a VPS for aeration, a lift, you could offer balconies.
-With a system of claim / unclaim (as the plugin Factions), the sizes of cities could beings subjected to the purchase of land, and the concurrent cities (multiplayer) would be subjected to rules to perform immoral acts (like the game "Tropical", or simply griefs).
-You could offer transport to mines, to other cities, to the beach...
-An IA competitor could build other villages (maybe not very interesting and too much hard to do).
