The server is quite lag free and you have to accept the rules to build.
The spawn is protected by Safezone which is factions plugin.
They have donater ranks but I think they are a bit overpriced for a new server.
Only thing is that you don't spawn with any starter kit so it's a bit hard to start of.
You can purchase a market where you can sell your things.
They include two minigames which are PropHunt and a Parkour.
Unfortunetly I could not test PropHunt due to the permissions.
The Parkour is quite annoying because you have speed which is harder to jump and it sometimes randomly makes you jump up.
For the wildness you have to walk and swim some distance before being able to build.

Overall it's an ok server but really needs to work on their permissions because I can't even warp or join places.
