Step 2: Come to this page and copy and paste the link to the download in a comment. make sure the download is at planetminecraft.com or it won't be submited, and put the catagory you want it in the comment as well.

Step 3: Wait to see if I liked your entry and uploaded it into the shop. You will receive a reply if it gets uploaded.
