minecraft doesn't work, help me!!!

hi there gauys,

so, i just bought a new computer and minecraft doesn't work. i don't know why , but when i click it, the loading screen doesn't work and i can't log in. also, i'm pretty dure that the needed files are installed. could anyone help me? i would really apreciate it. thx!

Can't you login or does it give an error after you logged in? If the first, just give me the error.

neh, it doesn't give an error. it says can't connect to minecraft.net

You can, offline. When it says can't connect to minecraft.net, click
play offline or something like that.

Or maybe you just need to upgrade your Pc or graphics card. Let me know if this helped if not I will help you again :)

Did you try deleteing it and downloading it again? Or can your graphics card hold it? SOunds stupid but my mom's PC can't play Minecraft only my Laptop can. But she doesnt have a graphics card, are you sure you do? Let me know what happens. Ill help you more if needed. These are just my suggestions for now.

my pc is brand new, it has HD graphics card, it's sure fast enough and i tryd re-downloading it. nothin'bout that, i just can't login

Ok well are you sureyou are typing your account info in correctly? Or maybe its just down, it has been down before. What does it say? "Cant login?" Hope this helps!:)

yes, im completely sure my acc info is corect. it just doesn't load the news screen, altough it does load the launcher. and when i try to login, it says can't reach minecraft.net, but now i will try to install 32 bits java. maybe that will help. thanks for your suport so far :D
