I am really buggin -bout minecraft's graphics i dont know if they got lazy and did it like this or they just wanted the blocks too look really crappy... I LOVE the game but the graphics arent too hot. I want the graphics getting better in the next few updates in like 1.2.0 or 1.3.0-2.0.0 tell me if you like them like they already are or no...I think the ores look pretty cool but i have seen textures that look similar...is there no way too make minecraft look good?

I think matter how HD the textures become, people will still complain as the block format will never be replaced. I was sceptical of minecraft when I first played it, I too as many others said the graphics were dull (referring to the default texture pack). But over time I've realised that the variety of textures out there made the game special, I don't know any other game in history that has allowed you to wilfully can textures?

i think notch and jeb wanted it like that, and now it is just what minecraft is, but if you really dislike it try a texture pack like Callius said

even if you do get a texture pack it is still gonna look bad graphics only if you takes pics of irl
