Once, long before time began, there were only the gods. They lived in an eternal paradise doing whatever they pleased in perfect harmony. There were luscious banquets, pristine pools to bath in, even a massive theatre with surround sound. But knowing the same 26 entities for all of eternity can get a little boring, so the chief god, Yaweh, suggested that each god use their power to make a personalized dimension.

One of these gods, Notch, chose to make his world like Yaweho s, but made of cubes and other polygons. He filled his world with a plethora of resources, then with animals. Lastly he created a being to rule over his universe and to create whatever he wished within the parameters of the world. He named him Herobrine, which means o Perfect Creation.o

Notcho s world, which he named Minecraft, existed in harmony for a very long time until one day, a god named Testificate, jealous that his universe had erupted into war and been destroyed while othero s had remained in peace, set out to ruin Notcho s world. While Notch was in the realm of the gods, Herobrine was exploring a large cave system he had discovered when suddenly a darkly imposing figure stepped out of the dark.

o Hello,o said Herobrine brighty, for at the time he had no reason to believe he was in danger.

o Notch is quite the character, isno t he?o replied the thing, which was Testificate, mysteriously. o Has he told you about whato s beyond this world? In the sky?o

o Silly thing, there is nothing beyond the sky. Notch said so.o

o Really? Then where is it that I cam from?o

o You must be something Notch made for me to enjoy.o

o Then would I be able to do this?o Testificate made a sword, but of the kind that was from outside the realm of Minecraft.

o There is so much that Notch is withholding from you. I can teach you to do things you never imagined.o

Testificate placed his hands on the sides of Herobrineo s head and filled his body and mind with the knowledge and abilities of the gods. Twin beams of white light shone from Herobrineo s eyes.

In the world of the gods, Notch sensed something was wrong and /teleported to Herobrineo s location, lancing a blast of god power upon Testificate freezing his consciousness and turning his physical form to stone. He whipped his head around to see Herobrine with now glowing eyes and an evil smile. Notch, sensing what had happened to Herobrineo s mind and also what was to come, attempted to destroy Herobrine as well. But Herobrine just delfected Notcho s power, then shot strait up, exploading violently through the cave roof to the surface.

Herobrine call the mobs to himself.

o Creatures! Notch has withheld from us the universe! I am now going to rise against him a grant us true freedom! Who will join me?o

The first mobs to step forward were the creepers. o We shall join you!o

o Good! Because you were the first, you will be exalted among all mobs!o

The creepers were followed by the skeletons, the slimes, the endermen, the spiders and finally the zombies stepped forward.

o Now onward!o

At that moment Notch erected a huge bedrock barrier, bisecting the planet in two. He created a new race, the humans, in the likeness of Herobrine, but did not give them the powers of creative mode. He equipped them for warfare and imbued them with the knowledge of how to fight. Then he blew down the wall and sent them upon those who had joined Herobrine.

After a long time the mobs started losing. Herobrine saw this and realized he would have to fight Notch one on one, because he believed he was more powerful than Notch.

The fight began, and both attackers were powerful. Herobrine having no restraint, seemed to be winning at first but Notch, who had had eternity with his powers, eventually one. Herobrine fled and attempted to escape with his followers into an alternate dimension, but Notch was catching up. After he could wait no longer, Herobrine sealed the portal, leaving many of his subjects in the realm of Notch. Notch then locked Herobrine into that dimension, banishing him until he could prove to Notch he was wise enough to use his powers properly. Notch then erased the humano s memory of the war for he did not want them to have been born in violence. Herobrine waited, until 147 generations later he learned true wisdom and began working towards proving ito ¦

In his own world, Notch used the residual consciousness from Testificate and made record keepers for his world. They would be unable to communicate with the humans, and would be forced to record all that happened in the world. This was Notch's punishment for Testificate.
