Alright, I cant be sure if this has been done, and I cannot make a server because i don't have enough money to host a server, but heres my idea and hopefully i can see this implemented in a server some day soon. There have been many servers where you spawn in, read the rules, get a job and live your boring old life, but what if getting a job and simply living in a boring world was all gone. What if we replaced jobs with games, challenges, events and arenas? What if your job, the only way to get money, was to compete in games and tournaments? So my idea is to have a server where the only way to earn money is the compete in games like Mob Arena, PVP battles, survival games, team deathmatch, infected, mazes, capture the flag and even more, and to earn the money you'll need to be in a certain rank in the game, for example, 1st, 2nd or 3rd place, 1st gaining the highest amount of money. And you can spend that money on gaining things like Titles so people know whos the best and who the noobs are, chat colors, houses, better armor and weapons for when in pvp battles, or maybe even make it a spout server, include the guns plugin, and for games like team deathmatch, players can buy better classes. These are just a few ideas i have right now and if it hasnt been done already, then please someone make a server like this. It would be amazing to see something like this.
