all you need to do is get the skin you want and name it char.png and put it in the mob folder in your minecraft.jar (located in the bin folder of minecraft)
this may be a bit hard for beginners but acutely is not that hard to do.
since this is a blog i have to have lots of characters witch have just been taken up by this pointless piece of information
if you comment saying I'm stupid for this or some thing i will not be your friend!
this acutely works without mods!
For this to work, you have to enter Minecraft in offline mode. This also doesn't work if you have applied a texture that has it's own char.png image file!
but you can replace that :)
