I havent watched the video yet but wouldn't it be better to just download a mansion from the projects section

Well yes and no. Yes because there is a wider variety of mansions in the project section also some that are a lot more detailed than this one. And No because with this you pretty much get all you would need and you can place it where ever you want so basically it wouldn't matter it's just a matter of whether you like it or not. If that made any sense to you. And I hope this helped you
