Get a fresh copy of minecraft. start up the launcher then click "options" and "force update" then login. This will delete all of your mods, so your saves are at risk, but at least you will be able to play minecraft again. In the future I recommend backing up your minecraft stuff before modding.

good. In theory you could just restore the backup then. But force updating is the best way to ensure the game will work, as that reverts the game back to the vanilla minecraft. After you do that, you can reinstall Mo'Creatures, TMI and Timber and it should all work, Theoretically, work the same as before.

As long as you don't mess with the saves at all before you reinstall the mods, yes.
