I have played on the craft topia server for quite some time now and in my opinion it is one of the best small scale servers out there, the staff are friendly and often very helpful and the players are too. If you hate being greifed or your stuff being stolen or things being destroyed by fire/explosions then this server is great for you, the anti greif pluggin means that tnt and creepers dont destroy anything and staff will ban any griefers and repair most damage. The server offers a survial world, a creative world and a pvp world. The server is currently in 1.7.2-1.7.5 but will be updating soon, the server ip is 192.99.18.49:28893, i highly recomend this server.
