To everyone based on the shear horror of what bullying can do despite how isolated you may feel don't get yourself into the situation where you have to inflict pain on yourself under any reason. If you see yourself in any negative vibe due to someone here's my advise to you.
1. Remove yourself from the negative influence
2. Think positive even though the stakes may be against you it doesn't stop you from thinking positive
3. Create a daily goal for yourself

And above all talk to people it helps
