a man is walking in a cave or maybe a stronghold lights his way with flint and steel finds a book case reads a book starts coughing beacause of the smoke of the fire all of a sudden an enderman charges at him the man starts running but the enderman catches up with him.
also i heard static at the end so it could have something to do with the charged creeper....

It's shattered. That's why there's static at the end of it. It's broken and the track is sort of "skipping" per say.

And creepers even charged ones don't make static noises.
