Well, since minecraft 1.2 zombies skelatons and zombie pigmen have rare drops such as iron ingots gold ingots gold swords iron dowrds gold shovels iron shovels and so on. I just went out at night and sort of killed a zombie (I was breeding wolves i have 7 they did everything) and i was rewarded an iron shovel! yyaaaaaayyyyyy i'm pretty happy since i would have made one soon since i need to minec away that X-Tra dirt were my new bigger farm will be.
