Need a Tekkit Server

Ok i need a Tekkit server so a few friends of mine can have a massive tekkit war against each other in teams. The host of teh tekkit server is free to join either the Red team or the Blue Team. The server needs to be lag-free and can survive a couple of nukes. (Yes i know how to make a Nuke...Stop asking D:<) Plus also need skype!
