Need An Amazing Spawn Builder!

My server, 3xoncraft, need a good spawn and i am willing to pay in ranks or money however the builder chooses, I just would like a great spawn for my players to spawn at. They will really like it if it has all of the chest shops and stuff, I will get any plugin to your request!
