first off you need to port forward and second you need to go to minecraft.net for the server software but more importantly you need to post this in the forums because this post is not long enough.

Well you could make an hamachi server you would be able to post it in forums/servers/hamachi servers

What is an hamachi server? Its a company that gives free servers and you would only have to copy the ip and place it at the good place.ALL USERS WILL NEED TO CONNECT TO HAMACHI if you want they join but its really hard to make ppl know the server but you can try and me i play on an hamachi and its a same server as a normal one.
