Need Server Ideas

So I've recently purchased another server and so far all my other ones have been private for me and my friends but I realized that I might want to do something different with this one. I was hoping I could maybe get some ideas for what to use the server for. I would really appreciate some help. If I like an idea that suggested I may even give the idea giver an Admin position. The server is only good enough to hole 20 people maximum but I'd be willing to upgrade if the server got poplular! Thanks!

I am not the best with survival servers because I am not the most creative builder but I am really good with plugins and permissions. Currently I am coding a server to run automatic capture the wool maps. But if you have a sever with 20 slots you should make it a hardcore server. Change the server properties in your server folder to hardcore: true. Make it so that when people die they get banned for a certain amount of time. Add leader boards for people who stay alive the longest and use that for crurrency as well. Make it so that the longer you stay alive the more money your earn. This can all be done by downloading few plugins. Hope this helps and make sure to vote the post up.
