Need some more help

Last time, Minecraft kept shutting down. I fixed that. I have a new problem now. -_-
McPatcher is not putting mods into my minecraft.jar correctly. And when I put mods directly in it is stuck on a black screen before the Mojang screen. I'm getting really frustrated because mods that I love using are finally updating and I can't get them installed right to use them! Help me anybody, you're my only hope.
And I have noticed my posts are getting more views than I have subscribers. If you haven't yet subscribe if you're checkingout my stuff anyway.

Only Optifine is working

Well, just use OptiFine, without MCPatcher. If you're installing both of them, that may be why your Minecraft is blacking out. I personally don't install mods via MCPatcher, because it just takes a load of time. Much easier for me to manually open the .jar with 7zip and install them that way.
