I read a blog like this before, I say this would be a good idea, but you could only use forum and such.

PMC is about sharing minecraft creations... however they could add an optional support for uploading P.E maps, and downloading them to your phone v.i.a MCPE

It's an awesome idea, but it should be free. PMC on the computer is free.
