new scoreboard using command block

Hi,
I'm a noob at minecraft and this board, I have been playing minecraft for about 5 weeks now but as I learn I would like to share what I came up with, In hopes of getting feedback on weather this concept is worth advancing further or not.

While trying to figure out how to do this, I got a lot of good ideas and tips from this site and youtube, but havent seen anything like this. I did however find a lot of older contraptions with tons of redstone and pistons, but they are so big and bulkey and very complex. making one mistake could take hours to figure out what went wrong.

I think that since I just started playing at version 1.8.3 I have a totally new and fresh perspective on this concept and I hope I'm on to something good and not just wasting mine and everyone elses time, even though I enjoy doing it and hope to make it better.

My next project will be to convert it to a real time game clock.
