THERE IS GOING TO BE A NEW SEVER THAT IS COMING OUT VERY SOON THE FIRST 3 PEOPLE ON THE SERVER WILL BECOME BUILDERS AND ALSO WE NEED A LIKE A HEAD-ADMIN THAT CAN CONTROL EVERYTHING SO IF YOU SEND ME A MESSAGE OF LIKE THINGS THAT ARE HELPFUL TO THE SERVER YOU WILL BE COME A HEAD ADMIN ALSO YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SET-UP PLUGINS/GROUPS AND YOU NEED TO HANDLE A LOT OF THINGS (WELL, NOT THAT MUCH) AND THE PICTURE ITS JUST A RANDOM THING I MADE.

1. Always post professionally on sites like these; it shows you can make good looking material and people like that!
2. Running a server is harder then you think, you will spend many hours fixing things, helping people and trying to make the server better.
3. When I started my server I only expected to have a few plugins, but it soon became apparent that you will need many plugins to help with griefing, spam, hacking and other various things. So from the start I would get all the essential plugins such us; nocheatplus, lockette, worldguard and others.
4. Get help from others, I have 2 other admins and 1 moderator to help me on my server, this is because you will not always be there to sort things out and catch griefers. Also get help for advertisements and websites.
5. If this is going to be a proper hosted server and you are paying for it, get donations from the players, as this means you will have to worry less and pay less. Don't forget to give stuff back to the donators though!
