He's a ninja, yes. I'd picture him in an apocalyptic sort of world, like Fallout for example.

This looks really great, but the arm on the left side looks pressed flat against your paper, whereas the rest of your ninja appears to occupy a three dimensional space. That arm needs some work, but overall, I really love it! Awesome work! Keep it up! :D
