I turn around to walk across the street. I walk across looking both ways, I then look infront of me. I see a girl with short hair, she looked as if she went to my school. I walk past her and continue to look ahead. "Please..." I hear a whisper. I turn around to see the same girl tugging at my shirt. "What do you want?" I ask, removing her hand from my shirt. "Help me get back to where I've came from...." the girl whispered. I look directly into her eyes. The people around me suddenly stopped. Time has stopped. A bright light then consumes my vision, and I shut my eyes tight.

I opened my eyes and saw the ceiling of my room. "Just a dream.." I sigh, getting out of bed. I make my bed and make way to the dining room. I see my mom cooking breakfest, so I sit down at the dinner table. "What's for breakfest?" I ask, putting my shoes on. "Derek, honey, you're awake. Good morning." Mom said, placing a plate infront of my eyes. I look down at the plate. Mom always trys to do her best with cooking me food. It's just no good. I start to eat the breakfest Mom has given me. A few minutes passed, I got out of my chair and went straight towards the door with my backpack.

"Derek?" Mom asks. "Yes..?" I ask in a whisper. "Try to make some friends." Mom said, smiling. "Sure.." I sigh, walking out the door.

I start walking down a hill on my way to school. Do I really need friends in my life? Mom always asks me to make friends. But I'm in highschool now. It's too late for me to make friends. Besides, I don't want the same things to happen to me again. Not again. I came across a girl on the other side of the street looking at me. She had short hair, and looked as if she went to my school. The traffic light turned green and I walked ahead.

The girl suddenly ran towards me and said, "Please... help me get back to where I've came from..." the girls whines. This girl.. isn't she.. from my dreams? The very girl who asked me the same thing? I start getting a tingling feeling in my chest, I look down. A vision went through my head.

"Derek! I want to tell you something before I go." said a girl. She was in a lilac dress with a bow in her hair. "Once I return... you must... help me.." she whispered. "Help with what? I asked, leaning closer to her face. "Help me... return to where I've come from." the girl said. She tightly embraced me and waved goodbye, then suddenly disappeared.

I come back to reality to see I was already at the stairwell of my highschool. I need to snap out of it. What in the heck is happening to me? ...
