Lore: The sky dragon residing in Tulfarnak skies was worshipped in the ancient times, but when they forgot about her during industrial revolution, she dried out most of the planet, making water a rare and even more valuable resource. Even after making peace with sky dragon and The Great Rain, hydrotechnology is still used to this day in space age.
