One Year - Admin

I created our server one year ago this month.

In this year we accomplished:
A top ranked server on every voting site
100+ players online at once, 500+ players daily
Website / Teamspeak / Server
Staff that have been with us from the start
Creating a Dev team
A custom experience by working with developers
Fixing many bukkit issues with support and feedback
Fixing many plugins issues by working with devs
Trying to help Mojang understand anything about online play
Upgrading our server constantly
And so much more
Completely custom plugins
Setup over 35 other servers

In this year the bad that happened
I wasted time on issues I should not have
Script Kiddies galore
A few bad staff choices

All in all a very positive experience!

One goal I have yet to do is to share my knowledge on an online forum to help other admins learn from my success and my mistakes. I see so many people complain that its not possible to compete with the "large" servers. Well it is and we are proof!
