<> Unlimited tree-feller plugin (chop base of tree and rest will fall dropping the wood and 2-3 apples from any tree! Even Spruce!)
<> /Sethome command but you have to set a bed and sleep in it.
<> Locks for Chests, Doors (only oak), and furnaces
<> (From players) Two mods are active but I didn't see them online.
<> Helpful players
Disadvantages:
>< No MCmmo
>< No /auction or sales command of any kind
>< No kits
>< Non-active owner
>< Very chaotic chat (profanity and CAPS lock a lot)
