Please Help me! Terrain Glitch for 1.1 (.jar has mods)

I keep getting terrain glitches. please help! Please see the pictures to understand whats happening to me. I'm always trying to make a new arena but the glitches keep on making me deleting my world. I need help please! See pictures! I really got nothing else to say really. I just need this posted to get some advanced help. Bla bla bla bla i have nothing to say really.

On the minecraft launcher when it asks you to log in, go under options, then click force update.

When i make a brand new world it doesnt but when i save and quit the game, it happens. i dont know if its any of my mods or anything.
