What are land claims?
Like many survival servers, the PMCSMP server uses the GriefPrevention plugin to give players the ability to protect their builds and items.By selecting an area on or around your build you can create a claim that prevents other players from placing, adding or interacting with blocks unless you give them permission.
How do I create a land claim?
Before we begin, it's important to understand how claim blocks work. When you first join the server you receive 3400 claim blocks or 16 chunks worth. A single claim block is equivalent to 1 block, however the amount used for a claim is only calculated by the width and length (the space between y0 - y256 is automatically protected, free of charge).Note: You can earn more claim blocks by completing daily (+4), weekly (+16) and monthly (+64) challenges! Use /challenges to view available tasks.
What you need:
A golden shovel
Let's Get Started
Find the corner of the area you want to claim and right-click the block with your golden shovel. The block should appear diamond and display a message in chat saying that you've started a new claim.
Move to the other corner opposite from where you started and right-click again. If you want to restart your selection move to another slot in your hotbar.
Once you've selected the area, your new claim should be outlined by glowstone and gold. If the area you select is too small however (less than 100 blocks) you'll receive an error and will need to expand your claim size.
Set-up permissions
Claims are a great way to protect important builds, but you may want to allow certain players or friends to access your area.
There a 3 main types of permissions that you can set for individual players inside your claims. These are Access trust, Container trust, and Build trust.
Access trust - /accesstrust <username> - allows players to use blocks such as buttons, levers, doors etc.
Container trust - /containertrust <username> - allows players to interact with storage blocks such as chests, shulkers and barrels
Build trust - /trust <username> - allows players to play as they normally would outside a claim
Note: You can see a list of players with permissions in a claim by using /trustlist.
We hope this answers your questions about land claims and how to get started. Let us know if you have any questions.

Create an account or sign in to comment.
You just type /subdivideclaim or something in that case and it turns to subdivision mode
Then you click one corner and set the second(like by a normal one)
And if you want to sell/give it to someone, go to the subdivided place and /trust @ping and them /permissionrequest @ping
