[Rant] Useless Blogs & Forum Posts

Planet Minecraft, a great community. We are full of masterful builders, bloggers, role players, server owners, skinners, modders and texture pack makers. There is no doubt that there are a lot of great ones out here, but that isn't what I am here about.



Blogs and Forum posts, what is happening. I know we all have posted some stupid and|or silly things but that isn't a problem, the problem is these silly people who post blogs and posts saying things like 'Herobrine doesn't exist' or 'Minecraft 1.2.6, wadda you want in it?'. These are becoming spammed and annoying just for measly exp. and hope for fame. Now, yes it may seem like another PMC is going downhill things but this is about the blogs and forums which is where I am most active and like to hang around in. When I came to blogs to see what people have made up and shown what they have, I saw one titled 'Herobrien' and it is in tutorials, all it is, is someone saying herobrine doesn't exist and swearing and calling everyone fat. This made me come here in rage. I have already been angry with things such as the Forum Thread 1.2.6 and Ideas for Minecraft 1.4.0.



Every time I log in and check in and see what is happening with the community I see one of these stupid things, like just before, a couple of hours ago there was a popular project with a title something around the lines of 'More than just a dirt house'. Now it was just a dirt house with some diamond|Iron|Gold block room with a chest. But that was a bit of topic. But that is just an example of it. Whenever people put 2 minutes into blog posts just to get the 20exp they give you, it just ruins the legitemancy of the people like me and other bloggers who put time and effort into their blogs.
