Redstone can be used in many ways, for architecture, traps, tnt cannons, and many more. Redstone is used all the time! Redstone is make up of redstone ore. when u mine it, it is a roll dice chance to get however many redstone ore. When using redstone you can use some things to power the redstone. Some of those items are: levers, button, redstone lamp/torch, and a pressure plate. If you are using a redstone traps sometimes those require redstone repeaters. Those work as relays for items. It has four different settings for the relays. when placing the redstone repeator down the relay torch is always going to receive the current and the final torch is going to output the power. Now to make sure you have it the right way the relay torch always has an arrow pointing to the output. I love to use redstone for hidden grass traps and hiding spots. there is always an endless possibility of uses for redstone but this is all i am typing for now so i shall be back to say some more.
