REQUEST - Minecraft Mod Maker

I would love to see a mod maker that includes the things listed below.

1. A mob maker, the ability to create your own mob(placing blocks for the arms, legs, body, head and etc), being able to make the personality(blowing up on collision, blowing up if the player or another mob is in a certain distance, etc), animating it, and skinning it.

2. A block maker, with the ability to change its texture, make what it drops, if it drops multiples, if it requires a certain tool to break, if it's a tool block(or whatever)(and I mean by tool block, like example, a furnace), etc.

3. An item maker, creating its texture, if it's a food, tool, fuel, etc, and its interactions(example: right click on a furnace with (item) and make the furnace explode).

4. Recipe maker, able to use the items you created to make another item, and also using current in game items.

5. A simple GUI. I don't want to write down 60 lines of code to make a single item.

I hope this is simple enough, I would really love to see it out there.
