One day, there was a planning in Jarusalem for a human sacrifice. And the sacrifice was to kill Jesus!
"Bring me your best soldiers," the king said, "And the one I kiss on the cheek wil scacrifice Jesus."
"Yes sir!" the commander saluted, and he left. It only seemed like a few minutes had passed when the commander came back with his best 3 soldiers.
"Good," the king said, "I will kiss-this one!" The king kissed Soldier #2 on the cheek. The next day, the sacrifice was set up.
"Have this." Soldier #2 said as he put a crown of brambles on Jesus. He was beat up and then was told to carry a heavy cross to a valley. At that valley was he killed. Soldier #2 nailed Jesus to the cross.
"Forgive them father," Jesus said, "For they do not know what they are doing." After that, Jesus died. But on the 3rd day after he died he was ressurected. He went to all his apostles and had them touch his hands and feet.
And that, my fellow PMCers, is why we celebrate Easter.
