So, I have been using my laptop that I borrow from my school for Minecraft, and they recently put a block up on Minecraft and so far, I have had no successful way of taking the block down. So, it might be a while before the rest of the world downloads come up for some of the projects I have going as well as new project uploads. So, I hope I can get around the block sometime soon, and hopefully be crafting soon. Wish me luck!!

Try SSL unblocker. Me and my friends at school used to use it to play minecraft and stuff on the school computers.
