Server Owners [RANT]

Okay server owners have a lot of crap to deal with .. Installing plugins getting Admins, Mods , and Users it does not help at all when someone see that you have a new server every person gets on and asks for op, mod or ,admin, you shouldnt just go to servers to get op or admin you should go to play a game of Minecraft. It is hard getting reliable admins that you can trust thats why i have made it to where you have to be 16 or older on my server to be Mod or admin . As of right now i have two or three admins that are 15 and yes i will have to be the dick to tell them that they cant be admin . Because they like to whine about stupid stuff . So if a server owner or server manager has an app or something to fill out to become admin or mod fill it out if they want you to be an admin or mod they will make you admin or mod . Don't go to the server and spam and ask for admin mod or op ....
