If any1 would like to join my new skin making club called the republic of skins, here are the instructions
Step one
---------------
create a animal, mythological or real and write its name and RoS app on it
then i and my staff ( i will let people interview for staff become staff but they will have to be good) will review the applications and see if you are good are not!
if you do not make it, KEEP TRYING! there will be more and different challenges for joining so stay posted and start applying!

if you want to be staff you must make famous people skin or gaming icon skin and i will review
